Professional Experience
Amy was admitted to practice in 2025 and brings over 7 years of experience in safeguarding and regulatory compliance to her role at Safe Space Legal.
Amy draws from previous roles in Child Protection and as an in-house investigator leading trauma-informed child safety and historical child sexual abuse matters. Most recently, Amy has specialised in safeguarding legal compliance, providing guidance for organisations in education, aged care, disability, public health, and government.
Amy is passionate about contributing to legal work that prioritises protection, safeguarding and accountability. Amy’s diverse experience ensures her advice is tailored to the unique needs of each client, supporting best-practice outcomes in complex safeguarding contexts.

I work at Safe Space Legal because it is a genuinely unique firm, dedicated exclusively to safeguarding and supporting vulnerable individuals in our community. The opportunity to contribute to legal work that prioritises protection, safeguarding and accountability aligns closely with my values. For me, no other area of practice feels as meaningful or impactful.
